"Tried 2 different rooms. Sheets and mattress pads stained. Bathrooms dirty, sink did not drain. Overall room appearance and upkeep poor. Hot tub was broken. Woman at front desk was sweet. Apologized several times. Manager reversed our charge for non-refundable rate and we left."

"National park was about an hour a way. Breakfast was great, beds were comfy. Management was great! "

"A place to lay your head and shower! The staff was accommodating. The first room was near the pool and I had an allergic reaction to the smell of the chlorine and the dampness, they moved us away from the pool to an suite and I recovered. The first rooms sheets were stained (I always check for bed bugs, no bed bugs). The second room was better, the sheets had no stains. The bathroom was clean but old, they installed a new sink countertop but the entire bathroom needs renovated. The furniture in the suite was stained. They provided a breakfast which was average. The hotel was quiet, no noise after 10 pm. Overall this hotel is average. "

"This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at another Travelers Inn or OYO. The room was absolutely disgusting and wreaked of something nasty. I assumed partially cigarette smoke but the staff said nobody smoked in there. There was holes in the wall. Probably a case of caulk used all over the bathroom. The toilet looked relatively new but the rest looked to be about 50 years old and VERY used. There was all kinds of I don't know what all over the walls too. I'm surprised Hotels.com would associate themselves with this hotel. the staff were professional, no complaints there. At the time, I was too exhausted by the time I checked in to complain about it. Note to others, never reserve a place without room pics. And certainly don't stay here! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND IF THAT IS POSSIBLE!"
