"the first room they gave me and my wife had a bad smell, one of the card did not work to open the door,the lightbulb over the kitchen table was blew, i believe it was room 407,i told my wife [ wanted my money back, but she reminded me that i could not get my money back after the 6/25,.so we when back down stair to the front desk and complaints,so he told the receptionist to give us a better room,this time they gave us room 317 which was a little better.We had to buy air freshners because the...

"I had a very late check in and staff was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and shower was extra clean and water temp perfect. Entire staff that I encountered were all highly professional and friendly."

"Room smelled bad towels smelled bad smelled like they weren't washed I think they gave us the horrible room based on our color (black) because other people (white) seem to not complain about smelly towels or room. Breakfast was good that's it staff was decent but the room was Horrible had to buy candles air sanitizer spray and shower disinfectant cleaner"

"This property is old(er). They do a good job of keeping it clean. The carpets in hallway and rooms are old and worn. This room had an adequate TV size. shower pressure was good and had Hot water. Not always the case at this level. Memorial Day afternoon the pool had no towels and none were replenished for Tuesday?"

"I worked with Kona and she was amazing. I was flying from Canada and I was so scared I forgot my bank card and ID in Canada. She was wonderful she insured me with a solution and made it possible. She even went out of my way to help me fix my suitcase. She amazing!!! The best staff and always smiling and friendly."
