"We stayed twice in a week, the first time was good, we had the room we reserved and took the shuttle to the airport. When we left, I told the desk that when we returned it would be after midnight and they made a note of it. The day of our second stay, I called in the middle of the day to check my reservation and remind them that I was going to be very late. When we checked in, we were given a room with two small beds instead of the king that we reserved. The woman that worked the desk was rude...

"Room was nice except for the hair we found in the sink. Staff was great. Drove 13 hours and was looking forward to resting my sore muscles in the jacuzzi. The staff closed the jacuzzi 15 minutes early so I didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast was good."

"We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast."

"The elevator has been out of service for over two weeks, which has been a major inconvenience. Guests should have been informed in advance so they could have made other accommodations instead of having to climb four flights of stairs to and from their rooms. In addition, the rooms have an unpleasant odor, and the floors are slippery, making the stay uncomfortable and raising safety concerns. "Room keys consistently did not work and had to keep going downstairs to fix it. Body wash and shampoo containers inside shower were empty upon arrival and were never refilled."

"We usually stay close to the river, but the noise and late-night activity make it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the parking fees are outrageous. This was our first time staying here, and unless something changes in the future, this will be our new yearly spot! It was clean, peaceful, had beautiful scenery, and best of all—FREE parking. "Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...
