"Great stay and host was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good my only recommendation would be having a fan in the rooms as the room was incredibly hot and the building being grade 2 had original looking sash windows and were delicate so we didn’t dare open them. Overall a great stay and highly recommended "
"Beautiful old building, great location and good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Downsides were the shower curtain was tired/old/dirty and the towel rail was on/hot in the height of summer with no ability to turn it off. This felt like a waste and bad for the environment as well as heating the room up when it wasn't needed. Also the shower temperature could not be changed, so it was cold for ages then very hot, with no ability to do anything about this!"
"This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome. "Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "
"Was our second time staying here. This time we booked the sea-view room. The room was very clean and well kept. The receptionist was lovely, shown us to our rooms. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time we visit!"
