"The staff were particularly helpful. They were out of welcome cookies but told us to make sure to call back for them. Our request for a quieter room was accommodated. The room was immaculate, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Faultless."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea brought to my room on arrival. The bar was closed for one night of my stay, but I was advised the day beforehand. That wasn’t an issue at all. The location was great. Lovely local areas. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and walks nearby. Bus stop direct to the station right outside the hotel a real bonus!
