The Charleston Inn
"The location is great with access to the Main Street district. Everything is walkable. The bed and room were comfortable. Old, but clean. It is inn from the 1880s after all. I found the multiple access codes to be off-putting (front door, room). and then a key works, but then I didn’t get a key for other things. It gets a bit tedious. There is very little front desk support. It is closed most of the time. You have to call a number for assistance. There is ample free parking, but at first it is not clear where you can park. I would stay here again, but you need to be aware of the nuances. The proximity to the Main Street district is what makes it invaluable. There are only a couple of places to stay that have this location."
CedarWood Inn
"We love coming here. It’s easy to park, clean, safe and a great area"
1898 Waverly Inn
"We had a great stay at the 1898 Waverly Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the social hour, the delicious breakfast, and relaxing on the porch."
SKYLARANNA Resort & Spa
"Great peaceful spot. The studio was the perfect size for me and my wife. It is very centrally located too"
Kanuga Inn & Lodging
"Kanuga Lodge is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with a truly serene atmosphere. A perfect place to relax, unwind & reconnect with nature. Highly recommend!"
The Henderson
"The building is 100 years old. So part of the stay is experiencing the age and history of the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some rooms come with breakfast and some do not. Ours did not which suited us. There is a nice porch with rocking chairs where we enjoyed some refreshments in the evening. The tv in our room wss small, but we did not go to watch tv. We had a good time."
