"Needed some small items worked on. Nighttime lock was missing, shower door wouldn't stay closed, and toilet kept hanging up. Was very clean and in a good location."

"The staff were pretty incompetent and I’ve never seen a hotel that charges that much not be able to tell you where you could get flowers. The pictures of the rooms are nowhere close to what the rooms look like and while they are gorgeous, there are no views. Except maybe of the McDonald’s outside. ..."
