"The property and room were really nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they kept 2 roosters on the property and for our first night the rooster started crowing since 4am and it never stopped till the afternoon. We couldn’t sleep at all that night, it was very loud and frequent. We did ask for help, and they did capture the roosters but they were still crowing the next day but only started at 8am instead. The location is really far away from the city, there isn’t much to do...

"The room was amazing with a beautiful ocean view right below us. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. However, the fine dining (NT$1,600 per person) was a major disappointment — surprisingly poor quality compared to other Volando locations. The facilities also feel outdated, and there isn’t much to do outside the room. Overall, great view and service, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations."

"如果店員的態度或是微笑多一點 會更優喔！ 看不太到台灣最美的風景是人的微笑。 問幾點可以入住， 口氣不是很友善的說 三點，能不能提早一些些入住：不行。 雖然有拿出訂房紀錄說上面寫的是二點，只是回應 訂房那邊弄錯。 連續幾位 包括晚上 都是冷冷的，可能天氣太熱 可能生意太好，可能我們要求太多，但是給個微笑說： 說不好意思 我們還沒有整理好，我想會更好一些。 早餐好吃，簡單美味，附有紅茶一杯。 床偏硬， 房間乾淨，舒適， 扣除店員可能心情嚴重不美麗之外 其餘都好。"
