"Stay was generally good although Hotels.com didn't inform me that the pool was closed for renovation. The online room guide you're sent to suggests you can request different pillows but reception looked at me like it was the weirdest request and just said "all the rooms have the same pillow". "Breakfast good and location good. Only concern was had to wait along time after check in to get a room key. I think they were having trouble getting the rooms all changed over. Otherwise, a nice visit."
