"The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating. The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming. I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. "The younger staff member at the front desk on 3/6/2026 in the morning was not particularly courteous. However, the senior staff member in the afternoon when I checked in was professional and provided good service."
