"My husband and I checked in after a long day of driving. We chose this Best Western as it was the halfway point to our destination. Check-in went smooth. The room appeared clean and true to the photos. However, we were highly disappointed and dissatisfied with our room. Our TV never would work, even after having staff come into our room to assist. The complimentary WiFi did not work as well, even after assistance from said staff in our room. The beds were hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. I’ve never been so unhappy with a hotel before, especially enough to leave a review such as this one. I will not be back, nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone. I will, in fact, be sure to tell others to avoid staying at this Best Western. "

"Our stay at The Hampton Inn was very pleasant, from the lobby to the room, we had no complaints. The hotel is very clean, in all areas. The Continental Breakfast was great, they offer something for everyone which includes juices and coffee. Additionally they have extended hours compared to other hotel, breakfast is offered from 6-10AM. Our room was very comfortable with 2 Q beds and a sitting area, fridge and coffee maker. Hotel staff were top notch! Super friendly and accommodating. It’s definitey a plus when staff are engaging and genuine👍 Highly recommend Hampton Inn for your next stay."

"The tub in the room was filthy and black you could see footprints in it. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed in the room. Check out time was 11am it was 10:45am and the cleaning staff was looking in the room window and waiting outside the door for us to leave it made us feel very uncomfortable. The kid behind the counter was friendly. The hotel is run down and in need of some serious updating. I didn’t even try the breakfast due to the condition of the room I was concerned about cleanliness. If I ever come back to the area I won’t be staying here again. At least there were no bed bugs in the room. "
