"I loved the Breakfast staff. There were kids playing on Elevator, holding button so doors won’t open. I informed front end but nothing changed. Elevator was not stopping on every floor. The pool water was not clear very dirty. At check in lady said she would call me when my room was ready and she never did. There were tic’s on sliding door with eggs nesting. I believe one of the managers gave me some points at check out and that was the best they could do for me she said. "
