Lovely hotel (modern) on Uferpromenade- we splurged extra for ocean view and it was worth it- very supportive and kind staff, nice pool, delicious fod (with vegetarian options- could have more)

Schon das dritte Hotel mit diesen schalloffenen und glasverkleideten Badezimmern. Einfach schrecklich. WC-Sitz alt und verfärbt. Badheizkörper ebenso. Leichte Schimmelspuren in der Dusche. In dieser Preisklasse eigentlich mangelhaft. Dafür Balkon und Meerblick super .

Das Hotel ist modern und zentral gelegen in Bansin. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Einzig die Lage des Schwimmbadbereichs hat uns nicht gefallen, da er sich im Keller mit Eingang neben der Tiefgarage befindet.

Nettes Hotel, Familienzimmer - Hochbett kaputt und sehr sehr kleines Zimmer für die Kinder. Badezimmer nur ein Tür für Bad und Toilette. Glasscheibe zur Dusche fraglich, generell hört man jedes kleinste Geräusch von der Toilette nach draußen. Personal teils sehr freundlich, teils eher nicht sehr zuvorkommend. Schöner Wellnessbereich und gutes Frühstück.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (1 und 4 Jahre alt) für eine Woche in dem Hotel. Die Lage ist top. Direkt an der Seebrücke und an der Promenade. Trotzdem nicht laut. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick. Das Zimmer war wirklich toll, da wir noch ein extra Zimmer mit Hochbett hatten. Ich war sehr begeistert, das es eine Kaffeemaschine gab, wir als Espressoliebhaber. Es waren einige Kapseln vorhanden, weitere bekommt man gegen Bezahlung an der Rezeption. Die Teestation war auch super, dort allerdings fand ich es schade, das bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht der Tee aufgefüllt wurde. So kenne ich das aus anderen Hotels. Ansonsten sehr sauber. Der Schrank ist auch groß genug und ausreichend Ablagefläche. Für die Kinder war es auch super, Tisch und Couch etwas zur Seite geschoben und sie hatten Platz zum Spielen. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Tolle Auswahl, obwohl ich es schade fand, das man fast nur polnische Wurst am Buffett hatte. Wurst und Käseauswahl ist verbesserungsfähig. Viele Säfte, Sekt gab es auch, große Tee und Kaffee Auswahl. Pancake maker, sogar eine Buttermaschine. Das Personal war auch mega freundlich, genau wie am Empfang, beim Spa und in der Pizzeria. Wir fanden die Pizza richtig gut, ich verstehe gar nicht, warum die Pizzeria nicht so gut bewertet wurde. Der Spa Bereich ist auch wirklich sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nasser Hund und gutes Frühstück

Wir waren drei Tage mit der Familie inklusive Hund im Hotel gewesen. Eine Stunde vor vereinbarten Check-In waren wir da gewesen. Uns wurde dann mitgeteilt, das unser Zimmer erst zur benannten Uhrzeit fertig sei. Ins Zimmer gekommen und festgestellt, das unser Familienzimmer öfters von Besitzern von Hunden genutzt wird. Ein leichter Geruch von "nassen Hund" kam uns entgegen, sowie die Haare vom vorherigen Bewohner waren noch im Badezimmer und die Glastür hätte auch Glasreiniger gebrauchen können. Zwei Näpfe und eine Decke lagen für den Hund bereit und die Decken konnten wir sogar mitnehmen. Das Frühstück war super und sehr reichhaltig. Beim Check-Out dann die nächste Überraschung. 25,-€ hat der Hund pro Nacht gekostet. Ein ganz schön teure Decke war das. Die zwei Tage waren ganz angenehm, aber ein zweites Mal werden wir nicht wiederkommen.
