"The owner was very kind and welcoming. The sheets and mattress were clean, although there was no mattress protector. Unfortunately, the chairs in the room were visibly very dirty. This was the first time I didn't feel comfortable sitting in the room chairs because of how unclean they appeared. I hope this is addressed, as it would make a big difference in the overall stay."
