"There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice."

Also, there was a bag over the smoke detector, I'm assuming the previous guest tried to make it a smoking room. "The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!"

"Pulling up to this hotel, it is situated next to a run-down small motel. There was a guy laying outside of his room on the ground at this motel who we hoped was okay. Check in went fine, the room was nothing special and it looked like our room was still being painted or just needed to have the final finishing touches. "In a pinch and needed somewhere to stay during a cross country road trip, it was perfect. We did have to take the air conditioning apart and fix it because it was just blowing out stagnant air. But once we fixed it, it cooled down real quick. Also, the mini fridge didn't work. It was plugged in, but was broke I guess.
