"Overall we are satisfied with our stay. Shakira at the front desk is Amazing!! She is so good at her job while making you feel welcome! Only complaint was breakfast. 1 waffle maker for everyone when nothing else is available to eat is ridiculous. Premade sausage biscuits and bagels were frozen , all juices were soured and warm. And that was it so we had to skip breakfast. If you can’t do it right don’t offer it at all."

"We were very pleased with our stay. Check in was a breeze, our room was cozy and clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful! We had dinner at the restaurant and everything we ordered was great! The complimentary breakfast was also delicious, hot and fresh and the views of the waterfall from the dining room were gorgeous! "

"Awful! Broken items in room, very dirty, nothing like advertised. We’ve stayed in many places and this is by far the worst. We were given some room that looked NOTHING like the photos in the picture. As a matter of fact, the photos belong to a place close by, but not where they put us. Pls beware. "

"The breakfast was okay for a contenental one. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, yougurt and fruit. Could use some updating in rooms and carpet. Overall it was clean and staff were friendly "
