"At the time of my stay, only one elevator was in service. There were two large events happening downtown, so the elevator traffic was atrocious. Additionally, the website for this hotel states that their valet parking costs $37, which is their only option. Unless you want to find your own street parking, or use another lot which either costs more or is several blocks away.
