Toilet in room needs updating , shower valve in room needs updating, shower curtain does not keep water in the shower subsequently allowing water to seep threw onto bathroom floor. Bathtub and sink drain slow drain. Recommend updating and maintaining plumbing fixtures. I work for a full scale plumbing company that could help.
