"The room was nice, spacious, very clean and very well appointed. However the first morning we were there we had no hot water. Told the front desk and they said it would be fixed right away. We went out for the day and returned around 4:00 to get ready to go to a party. No hot water. Told the desk again. Next morning still no hot water so our room was finally changed. Hard to give more than 3 stars when you’ve had an experience like we did."

"the location is nice and right on the beach. but the room was not great. The bathrooms were not as clean as I would hope for in a hotel. The walls were thin and unfortunately the people next to us were arguing until 2 in the morning. Cut our stay by a night because of it.
Enjoyed the live music at the tiki hut and the food was good.
The staff were friendly but it’s definitely not as nice as the pictures."
