"The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way."

"Okay stay... We chose to stay here due to the opening offer discount, which we were happy with the hotel for what we paid, but would have been disappointed if we had paid more! One issue was the room bed size - we paid more for a king size bed, however, according to their very own receptionist, on the hotels booking system there is no differentiation between a double and a king. Therefore, they charge you more for a king when there's no difference to a double. The bed was 2 single divans pushed...

"Schone en grote kamer. Uitstekende service en zeer behulpzaam personeel wat voor je klaar staat. Heerlijk (a la carte) ontbijt in het restaurant. Locatie is top. Midden in de city op 5 min van de Tower of London. 10min naar de Metro en zon’n 10 min naar Leadenhall market."
