"Clean room, ac worked perfectly, beds were comfortable. Perfect place to stay for us as a family when visiting castelo branco. Breakfast they sent was amazing with fresh bread. Everything was perfect. Much better than staying in a hotel, for us, as a family. Elevator inside so we could easily bring the stroller inside"

"Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Suzanna on reception was very helpful on phone regarding parking (which was tricky) as well as an enthusiastic welcome when we appeared! Dinner in the restaurant was very good as was the breakfast, with a spectacular view. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Wonderful stay—highly recommended! Upon arrival, the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. The room was perfectly clean and came equipped with an espresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the good breakfast. Although we didn't have time to use all the amenities the hotel has to offer, like the spa and the outdoor pool, we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely return if we are back in the area!"
