"The resort was very beautiful. The staff went above & beyond whenever requests were made for the rooms for the guests including if there was a minor issue with anything in the room. Everything was handled immediately without any issues or delays which I loved. The resort was very technologically advanced which was also very nice. It overlooked the ocean & was so spacious that it never felt crowded or that you needed space. I loved the shops at the resort so you could buy clothes or souvenirs...

Essen 5 Sterne ! Aber -- warum sehen die Liegen am Strandabschitt ( der wunderschön ist) so runtergekommen aus , das passt einfach nicht zum Hotel. man kann die Auflagen nicht jeden Tag wegräumen, aber ab und zu mal waschen. "Very confusing as to what is all inclusive. Some drinks are & some are not, same with the pools. The bars & restaurants are not open many hours. No activities offered. Food was the same each dinner & breakfast. There was very little meat in any of the dishes. Seemed like we were eating leftovers. The employees at the concierge desk & bellmen were very friendly & helpful. Others did not not seem happy at all."

"Das Hotel hatte wirklich alles zu bieten, was man sich hätte vorstellen können. Die Pools waren groß, sauber und sehr einladend. Es gab viele Liegen, welche ebenfalls sauber und ordentlich waren. Im kleinen Laden hat man alles bekommen, was man gebraucht hat. Das Personal war super freundlich und half immer weiter. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker und vielseitig. Ein paar Katzen rundeten das Gesamtbild ab. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel."

"Fabulous and gorgeous property. We stayed in May, and the views were outstanding and the food and service were excellent. You can see the sunset and sunrise from the exact same spot on the view deck. That is big the view is. It is a 30+ minutes from the airport. Free valet and free self parking. The nearby town has nightlife and lots of good restaurants. There is no public hot pool or tub, but some of the rooms have one. "
