"The position is good for us. We're a big family, the washing machine is very important, also the cooking facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, petty good coffee. "

"I stayed here because the Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel was full. The Apartment did have full amenities, which included all the various items in the Kitchen to needed to cook. The Workout Facility was close, and that helped. I didn't have breakfast they offered, but it's managed by the Hotel and they do this very well. "

"新桃園位置相當好，要去天津各區都很方便，以位置來說價位合理，服務人員的服務也還可以，雖說旁邊就有地鐵施工工地，但隔音很好不吵。新桃園的缺點在於清潔程度不夠好，房間內的地毯不太乾淨，且好像有小蟲，睡到第三天起床後身上有幾個蟲咬的包。另外房間內的空調無法調整，只有中央空調，太熱只有把空調關掉。這兩個缺點若能改進，這個飯店可以讓人想再回去住。附註一點，8樓健身房的設備妥善率不佳，盼改善。"
