Khách sạn Hiawassee

"The staff was nice and helpful. Experian was hard to work with. Tried to make changes and they were not helpful."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during our trip around North Georgia, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Helen, Brasstown Bald, and Blood Mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere and the breakfast provided. Having access to a bathtub and sauna was also a great bonus, especially for relaxing after a long day of hiking...

"We stayed in the Mallard Cabin right by the lake. Only having 1 bathroom was a bit tight for my family of 5, but luckily the office was right next door and had bathrooms if needed. The view from the porch was beautiful and we loved using the complimentary kayaks. There was a musty smell in the cabin, but it is an older building, so nothing we couldn't handle. My kids loved staying on the lake, making smores in the fire pit and playing board games on the porch. Having a full kitchen was great...

"Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. "

"Check in was thru an off site property management company and was extremely labor intensive. Be ready to mail them a kidney to complete this booking. Will never use again."

"The resort is beautiful! The renovated rooms are very nice. The view is incredible and the golf course is immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Worst motel we've ever stayed at.... the beds were like boxsprings on the floor and the pillows were stale, smelled like body odor. Stink bugs in the room and we were charged more than our guaranteed price"

"The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without...

"This accommodation has a nice setting and the breakfast is also very good; however, the Wi-Fi in the room is unstable."

"The staff was very helpful and kind. the food was delicious. The only negative thing was the air conditioning. It did not work very good."

"Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast."

"The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property."

"The room was clean. The property overall is very nice, just needs a refresh. Example: need USB ports for cell phones and electronics in the rooms. An elevator would be nice for us older folks. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Lovely property & scenery."

"Bridge Creek Inn exceeded our expectations. We just visited for the long weekend with our family and the hotel is beautiful and really clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect being in town. We will definitely stay here again. We were also lucky to have some live music in the lobby on Thursday night and they were great. And the parking was great as well. Our only feedback for the hotel would be to add some floating shelves or additional storage...

"Good location. Great value. Decent breakfast. Clean. Fresh towels on second day."
