What’s even worse is that the people next door didn’t go to sleep until 1:00 AM. I never want to stay here again."

"Went to check in only to find one person working and a line of people complaining that rooms were not cleaned before checking in new guests. Was told to come back around 4 when check in was at 3. The waterpark was great! But was told it was only open until 9 and would be closed the next day. We had no remotes for either tv in the room and didn't have control over the air/heat in the room. Only 1 elevator worked. No breakfast options. Nothing was open like the Snack Shop or restaurant in the hotel. Overall disappointment and won't be back. "

"It has a huge indoor resort setting with an indoor pool, tables, chairs & lounges. Very nice & fun. It seems to be set up for large gatherings like banquets & company parties. Clean, comfortable with a free hot breakfast. The only negative is the highway road noise right outside the room windows. It is so loud you can hear individual trucks driving by. Suggest you bring ear plugs."

"It was clean and the breakfast was excellent. However, the heater in the room was so, so loud that my family couldn't sleep. In the end, I turned off the heater in the early morning to sleep and slept in a cold room. This is a very tiring and terrible experience. "

"Always stay here when I’m in town. Quiet!! Property is secluded with no other businesses, parking lots etc in the area. This probably used to be “the place” 30 years ago and it’s still that place! Slightly outdated which makes it nostalgic for me at age 55!! My daughter loves this place too. Great pool! In door even when it is winter! "
