The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do ...

Clean room. Good staff. However, only 1 elevator so takes time to access and there is no non emergency stairs as an alternative.

It is an older style property with grace. The location is great being right next to the train station and doorstep to the airport bus. One downside will be the sound of the railway crossing that start around 6:00.
