"We enjoyed the location, was easily in walking distance to many areas we planned to visit, but was very quiet within the area. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The property was beautiful! We booked the room with private open airbath and spa room, massage chair, everything was great and made widing down after walking all day worth it. I was shockes by the amenities, lots of free beverages stocked in the room. Offered happy hour with many more beverage offerings. Will definitely book again for any future visits."

"Clean room, excellent different Japanese breakfast over three days, lived the cook your own element !Lovely polite Gentlemen on reception and on checking into hotel. Rooms were delightful and loved the authentic feel of the small hotel. Wonderful central Gion location. When arriving in Kyoto station we went down to the bus station and got the 206 bus ( each time is a flat 230 Japanese Yen or they accept Suica card too , just tap once when you get off the bus stop which Gion is about approx 8-10 stops away ."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was super big for Japan standards, the amenities were fantastic, and it seemed very luxurious for the reasonable price. There’s laundry and a spa, Family Mart is right beside the hotel, and it’s in a wonderful location. The vibes were great, the check in/check out procedures were easy and smooth, and it was an overall amazing experience. We’ll absolutely be staying here on our next visit! "
