What stood out was the service, from the manger Jimmy greeting us as we arrived to all of the front desk staff. Winnie and Timothy stood out for their hospitality and warmth. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine for my wife , myself and our 7 year old son . Great shower after a busy day of sightseeing. Location is 3 minutes from a train station that can take you anywhere. I would recommend staying here and if we were to return to Kyoto sound stay here again .
