"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

Das ausländische Personal an der Rezeption waren sehr unfreundlich, keine richtige Begrüßung oder Frage nach Zufriedenheit mit den Aufenhalt. Anstatt fühlten sie sich bei jede Frage gestört. Akzeptieren weder EC- Karte noch Kreditkarte nur Bar und in Franken. "

"Good hotel and only a few years old in a nice Location right on bus route, about 15 minutes to central Basel. Some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast very good selection and limited food selection at their lounge for lunch/dinner. Microwaves available in common area for use. No fridge in room but there is a coffee station in room. Beds comfy, room amenities were good. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Nice perk to have laundry onsite, just download app and costs about $8 for...

"Wir wurden sehr kulant auf das Hotel am Stadthaus in Neuenburg umgebucht. Von dort sind zahlreiche Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Personal und Frühstück top. Einen Stern Abzug aufgrund zwei unterschiedlich hoher Matratzen. "

"Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gut vom Zustand. Die Betten waren angenehm nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Die Dusche ist sehr geräumig und alles top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. "

"Iacross the street from a mall which is nice. It is NOTin Basel. It’s in Germany. You can walk from the hotel to Basel or France. Hotel is basic. Nice front desk guy! "
