"Carolyn at the front desk was lovely- friendly and courteous. . She got a cot for us. There were lots of options for breakfast. The room was out of shanpoo and conditioner. The phone was not hooked up. There was white powder on the floor in our room. "

"Got our room upgraded to a King room on the groundfloor - so no stairs. Parked right outside our room. Breakfast was limited but what was there was very good. Over all well worth the money."

"What a unique and charming hotel. It was easy to get key and drop them off for our rooms. Staff was quick to respond and were great. The rooms are just great. We will stay there anytime we are in El Dorado."

"The staff was not overly pleasant. The room had enough space for little table and chairs so when a couple goes in there to sit and read or have a cup of coffee, there was only one chair and a big empty space were a little table and two chairs should have been the so-called breakfast was extremely minimal. There was hardly more than four people staying on a Saturday night so obviously the place is not rated well at all management seem to be indifferent. I would not recommend this to anybody."
