"The front desk personnel had such an amazing personality and they were all very helpful. The staff did their best to accommodate my needs and answer all my questions. The room was outdated with sticky carpets and old television that was blurry, but overall was a great place to stay."

"Very, very basic. Overall, not a terrible experience if you need a cheap/last minute place to stay. The bed seemed to have a plastic liner to protect it, and you couldn’t even sit down/roll over without hearing it crinkle. For the price-point (cheap-mid tier), it is just a basic hotel room with very modern (edge-y) designs. Not my style"

"We stayed 3 nights while visiting the Savannah area. The hotel is very clean and easily accessible from the main roads. Parking is free. There isn’t food within walking distance but a short drive to fast food. Downtown Savannah is about 10 minutes by car. The breakfast was very good. Nice choice of items. There’s an indoor pool but it’s wasn’t very warm. I would have enjoyed an outdoor pool. We didn’t book the hotel until we arrived in Savannah and glad we made the choice. Downtown hotels...

"Pros: Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff -- front desk, bartenders, barista, housekeeping, etc.; large, clean room; great location/walkable
Cons: A bit pricey for what you get. I know it's a great location but the property is dated and the amenities are pretty basic. My room overlooked the atrium so there was no natural light and you could hear noises from the lobby/restaurant, which I did not like. Also they charge for internet access. I didn't realize that so they refunded the charge but it's...

"One of out main needs of a hotel was to be near the ferry to get to the conference center. We were told that it was right behind the hotel. After walking for an hour to the ferry I got the impression that someone lied to us or didn't know what they were talking about. I was covered in sweat for the convention. I also found it odd that they only clean your room every three day because they are a green hotel yet , the hallways are ice cold ."
