"The "evening party" with music and free drinks is not ideal for early sleepers or people who are napping after a late flight. Being an indoor event with indoor booming facing rooms (Embassy Suite style) it was very loud. But still rated 5 stars despite the personal inconvenience."

"After a flight cancellation we decided to stay for 2 nights and it was great. We were welcomed with vouchers for a drink at the bar and ordered a flat-bread late at night . It has a nice restaurant and pool area. The room has a minibar stocked with snacks and bottled water and the staff at the front desk gave us 2 cans of soda of our choice. We would have preferred to have a hotel shuttle service but given the distance from MIA I guess this is not feasible."

"The door to the bathroom was broke. Even if it wasn't broke, you could see through it to someone using the restroom. The air conditioning rattled all night. It's nice but not worth the money. I purposely chose it because I had a better rating and was a nicer place for my wife and kids. I should have saved two hundred dollars and choose another place. "

"The stay was everything my daughter and I needed it to be! We LOVED the pool, and the woman at the front desk was very kind and patient. The room was very spacious -- yet cozy. Also, the hotel is very nicely located near several stores and eateries, which was nice because we did not have reliable transportation at the time. "
