"The staff were amazing! they were all super helpful from the start. Check In was a breeze they give you complimentary water and a fresh aroma therapy towel to cool yourself off with while you wait to check in, we arrived early so we got to stop by the rooftop bar and see the beautiful overlook of Zona Romantica. "The sweetest community of ppl. Front desk was always the nicest. Very sweet ppl. Hotel was clean, & spacious. It’s pretty much an apartment. Only downside, no elevators…but we all need exercise. lol…..Property is well maintained and pretty garden. A nice hidden gem for the low on your bucks. If your nit looking for a super fancy resort, this is definitely your stay! Better than a regular hotel. I love the apartment style. Would most def stay again! "

"View was spectacular. But walking to anywhere including Malecon very difficult due to steepness and cobblestone streets."

"If you want to stay at a place that is walking distance to bars and restaurants then this is a pretty good place to stay. The only thing i didn't like was paying for guests to go to my room. Be mindful of your AC remote control and store it somewhere safe, because mine went missing and only hotel staff had access to my room. Also, if you are a light sleeper, then i would avoid staying in rooms facing the park. I don't know how the other rooms are with noise. Overall i enjoyed my stay here."

"This pool is world class!! I've never seen a larger rooftop pool with the most epic views. Our room also had an amazing view. We had spectacular sunsets and a firework show every night. We loved the room too. It was modern but very comfortable. The bed was comfy and a ton of space. There was street noise when we went on the balcony, but we were prepared and brought our speaker.
