"We honestly did not go in the pool at all, we like a beach experience but they were nice! After 6 days our family did not want to leave! We have made so many friends between us and our kids. The staff were amazing and made sure we had the best time! Our room did floor when it stormed but they had cleaned to perfection. The only negative thing I could say was that the pillows are too thick for my liking. I was hearing no night life at all but we partied every night!! There was activities for kids and chill spots if you are not into the party life. Wish I did not have to leave!!!! "

"The hotel is spotless with modern, well maintained rooms. The buffet and Tartufo restaurant were highlights, though Pescador was just okay. The beach by the hotel is beautiful and clean. Service, however, was hit-or-miss. While some staff were great, others were slow or dismissive, specifically at reception, where the second part of my check-in (when they actually gave me the room after 15:00) felt rude and unprofessional, Great facilities, but the service needs more consistency."
