"I don’t typically leave reviews, but I research ahead of time before I book places and landed on this property to stay one night while passing through Louisville. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel from beginning to end. It was VERY clean, staff was excellent and attentive, and it was quiet. If you are me and reading reviews/weighing options to stay in Louisville, this is your sign to book here!"

"The property is very convenient to the greater Louisville area. The staff was great. However, the elevators do not work properly, and there are signs in the elevators stating such. The property management company has yet to address the issue per the hotel staff who are VERY frustrated with the elevators themselves. Please fix that!!!"

"I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and...

"This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville."

"We loved the privacy. Being on the top floor was perfect. And we were tucked away in a wing of the resort that didn't have a lot of people traffic. We would definitely stay here again! The only problem we had was the check in instructions were not complete. We were not given the right information to give to the front desk so they would know what unit we were staying in. They figured it out, but the host should talk with the resort staff so they know what information to provide for check-in."
