"This is listed as a 2-star hotel but it deserves to be at least 3-star. Our room was very clean and spacious. The A/C worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again in the future, and I'll recommend it to others coming to the area."

"Clean room, it is an older place but very nice. Only issue was a shortage of electrical outlets in room. We needed to unplug lamps in order to plug in phone chargers. No outlets for hair dryer near a mirror. But all part of the ambience."

"It’s a complicated property to arrive to because signs are not prominently displayed on the road. You need to park in the lot underground and walk through the passway. But once you arrive it’s a nice hotel with everything you need. Free continental breakfast and a couple of restaurants walking distance."

"Beautiful property on the Ct. river with a waterfall right outside the window.wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast is also wonderful consisting of fresh baked goods locally sourced egg's and produce. A nice quiet town close to Deerfield and the highway to use as a central point for touring Mass. Stay here....you will want to come back."

"Staff that I meet were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and what I had expected for what I paid and needed. If you need a place to crash and dont need frills this is perfectly acceptable. I would stay here again."
