"Ok here’s a real person review First of all the decorations and all the activities for the kids were awesome! So much free candy for the kids and we really appreciated the spirit. Decorated well and just a great appearance. The room was clean and very accommodating for 2 adults and 2 children. The water park was very fun for everyone. The staff in the water park looked soldierish at time with the head tilting back and forth on the checks but I can appreciate the thorough watching of the kids. Water park. My only area of complaint would be the main restaurant and bar. They need help they are understaffed and it took significant time for food on multiple occasions. No one’s fault just needed more help But still giving 5 stars"

"the staff were all incredibly helpful, especially with local recommendations for food and drinks, and for directions to your room number. the site is insanely beautiful; it was a blessing to wake up right next to Lake George. the hotel provides tons of amenities, and a pool is present on site. i think the location and convenience of this place might be my favorite. i wish i was here longer to use the grills, because it must be so nice to have a barbecue right on the lake. excellent spot!! i will totally be back, and for longer !"
