"I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know...

"Sandy accomodated a last-minute mutli-room check-in. The rooms were nicely updated but more importantly super clean. The best part is that it included a high quality breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Would definitely stay again!"
