"What I liked most about this Motel 6 was the gorgeous location, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the good quality sound-proofing (though it was near the highway and I had neighbors with many children in their party, I didn't hear any of it when I was in my room with the door closed.) I rested well and if I were passing through this area I would choose this location again."

"I was able to get a good price through Hotels.com after car trouble. Bernard (?) greeted me and was very friendly and accommodating and Angela the manager had a heart of gold. She was very professional and kind to me and other customers. The property has been dramatically improved in the 4 months they have run the place. "Cheap motel , no breakfast. Room smelled a bit but bedding was surprisingly nice. So we're all the cats outside. Have gotten a little particular in my years of travel so wouldn't recommend this place unless you just need a place to sleep while driving the Blue Ridge parkway"
