It's a lovely resort. Big and spread out so lots of walking but lovely. great ocean access and several pools. The bar was not much, and we did not eat at the restaurants, but it's a very nice place to stay on HHI.

I stayed here based on the glowing reviews from past visitors. The hotel was clean, up to date and had plenty of activities and amenities. I stayed in a very clean and spacious room. I had a descent view of the water and could even catch the evening poolside movies from my balcony. Every staff member i encountered greeted me with a smile. We had a power outage,completely out of the hotel's control, but the staff was apologeyic and considerate. They were close to all the things I wanted to do but staying at one of the hotel pools was also a perfect option. I am so glad I stayed here.

Upon entering the hotel the lobby was nicely fragrant. Desk staff were friendly Most notable was the great shower pressure- delightful. Room cleaning was good however they never got to our room until late afternoon- just after we had been out of our room by 8:30am each day- annoying to us. Hotel cafe menu was good/pricey . Our bottle of Red wine came out of the refrigerator- a no no. Pool was very nice - there were several, server was attentive to bring drinks. Overall it is obvious that hotel has been newly purchased so they are working out logistics.

Great experience. Beautiful beach, 3 pools, friendly non-pushy staff, plenty of pool seating, clean rooms, great fitness center, free water daily, decent food, quality covered self parking. The only negative we noticed is that the hallways in our area were loud because there was laminate floors due to beach/pool access. Walls are a little thin. But, no issue with sleeping at all.

Great location/access to beach. Friendly/helpful staff 2 queen room was spacious Tub/shower combo may is challenging to get in and out.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Of mention: Great balcony view of the ocean and pool area. Mother’s Day Brunch was delightful Very clean stay, staff was great including Samantha at the spa, and Duke & Thaddeus at View 32. Thanks for a relaxing week!

I paid for a double queen bed room with ocean view. View was OK. Room was ok. Once you get to the hotel to do check in there are addtional charges to pay: Resort fee, self parking, and extra fee for 2 adults more in the room. Many of the "premium beds" around the pool are for rent.As so are the chairs and umbrellas in the beach. The restaurant where the breakast is served is quiet caotic between 9 and 10am. With wainting list of 20 min and you have to do check out by 11am.
