"Only 1 elevator location in the entire facility....some difficulty getting to our far-away rooms. Only entry allowed through the front main entrance which meant go up the one elevator location and walk to the extremities of the building if that is where your room is located. Get a room near the elevator! Staff and housekeeping were very accommodating. Parking for the most part is far away from the entrance. Again, with only one entrance, close parking spots were generally not available. The air conditioning broke down for 2 nights of our stay...rooms got pretty hot. They did discount our bill and gave us a free night because of the inconvenience. All in all...7 out of 10."

"I had to pay $60.00, for parking, it was not in the historic district it was off the highway. The refrigerator wasn’t working. My car wasn’t ready when we got ready to leave. I told the manager I was not able to use their system to order my car and she said she be happy to take care of it. Then when we got ready to leave no car."

"This hotel is nice, but the best thing about it is the location. You can easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and the cool historic sights. There are some esthetic things that could be better, but they weren't deal breakers. For example, we had to slam our door to get it to shut every time we exited, and the shower gel was empty in our bathroom. They brought us a new bottle, but it was impossible to get the empty one out of the holder. They were also actively painting the hallway when we were there. So, small things, but no deal breakers. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The outside looked nice, the inside was not quite the same. Only one working elevator at the time which left us waiting several times to get back to the room (while we had a ton of luggage).. and unfortunately watched staff use it while clients waited. The night time crew was not helpful in anyway shape or form, didn’t seem like he could be bothered and the little “mart” had nothing in it, no bottled water. Used the suggested site to retrieve my vehicle from valet and waiting 45 minutes before it finally arrived… after asking about it several times and watching countless people walk up to the valet stand and get theirs ahead of time (I was marked as 1st in line on the site). Room was super humid and quite dingy."
