"Room clean, staff friendly and efficient. Only problem was breakfast attendant was not friendly at all. Last day there no bananas or yogurt
Pleasant stay. "
"1/5 at best.
The hotel itself was clean and the front desk lady was very kind and helpful, having a coffee shop and bar on property was great.
HOWEVER!
On our first night there myself and another guest were enjoying the peaceful night by one of the fire pits around 9:50 at the time, we knew the pool area closed at 10 and were actively grabbing our things to head in, When we here LOUD banging for about a full minute coming from the upper floor of the office building/restaurant building and were confused but the lights were out so we didn’t know what it was and were leaving anyways. As we are standing up and grabbing our stuff a middle aged african American man comes around the side of the building yelling at us saying “Guys! I know what you all are doing you all need to leave! There are cameras everywhere and I’m very close to telling the other staff, You know what you did!” We were not doing anything but talking by the fire, not drinking, not smoking, not being loud, not after hours. He never identified himself, we did have a light blue dress shirt and khakis so we assumed he was either restaurant staff or something like that maybe, but either way this completely ruined our night. We didn’t say anything or argue because whatever he thought we did it seemed serious and we paid a lot of money) and we didn’t want to get kicked out on the first night. We will not be returning. Deal with this man if he is staff or staff adjacent."
"We have stayed here before. Some changes made took away from the charm. The lobby used to have drop down lights now empty space. Not as warm and inviting. The carpet in the room is now laminated flooring. Again cold and industrial. There used to be night lights under the bedside table but no more. "
