"The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. "They takes reservation which is not honored or cancelled. Arrived at the hotel during check in send away by the management saying hotel is fully reserved. Do what ever you want just let the guest before hand or cancel the reservation. Seems fraudulent business. Expedia should review this property. "
