"I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel. It’s actually a 3-star hotel. There are permanent strains on the washroom titles (the materials are of low quality). The attached washrooms are too small (no room for shower). Too many staff but most of them (specially at the front desks) are unprofessional. The hotel is located quite far away from the main road (Dolphin Square), so it’s inconvenient due to the limited dining options.
The foods in the only restaurant (Marine drive Restaurant) are of good...

They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. "It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money.
But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel.
They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
