"parking ok breakfast was minimal. The property is in need of major update and rehaul. In my room pieces of mudding on corners of drywall chipped off, walls in room were very dirty. You could see daylight bottom third of door.when it was shut. "

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, but I don’t really care for the pre made omelets and would have preferred if they freshly scrambled some liquid eggs.
They do charge “extra” above the reserved rate and after 4 days i still have not received a credit. Supposedly the extra was to cover any potential additional charges.
This is a newer property, but the walls are a little thin and I could hear a couple arguing at 3:30 AM when they woke me up."

"Entire building was super old and filthy. Rooms were horrible and bedding was stained and gross. Staff was not knowledgeable about everyday problems such as how to program room keys, refunds, bookings, etc. I couldnt get internet unless I was a rewards member of their hotel group. Couldnt get customer service to answer their phone either. Dont waste your money here. I cant say enough bad thing about my experience at the disgusting hotel. Filthy doesnt come close to the interior. "

"We have stayed at the another hotel in town many times. We tried Best Western because it was a lot less expensive. I must say I was very scared and unsure. I’m very picky, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very vintage looking room but it was clean and I actually liked that it took my back in time. The location of the bedroom door was convenient because we were traveling with our dog. The grounds were well maintained and I loved the waterfall feature. I would stay here again over the more expensive hotel in town. It was so much better!!"
