Wifi did not work upon arrival, no hot water when i tried to shower after waking up, topped off with no coffee in the morning or cups and lids and everyone just stands there to watch the struggle not a comment concern or care in the world! "Well, checking in was not very pleasant. The gentleman that checked me in was very rude, and not very helpful. I simply asked if there was some nice places to eat around there, and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. Around the property there was a lot of dog poop everywhere. The breakfast was horrible. The bagels were stale. The eggs were very watery. Nobody was there to help you if you wanted something extra. Don’t ever stay there , go somewhere else."

"The room was clean, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and the reasons we always looks for a Holiday Inn Express for our accommodations. Breakfast was delicious and just what is needed for everyone. The kitchen staff was excellent and on top of refills and cleanliness. This property looks like it may need more staff-it was a busy place, especially at the front desk. A few things were empty, like the ice machine and the vending machine. Our room was very clean. We like the upgrades you have made and find it a comfortable Hotel for accommodations. We will look forward to our next stay."
