"This hotel was in such a great location! Right by the train station and the Rhône Express. There are lots of buses and access to public transportation nearby. The staff was so welcoming and the hotel was clean and stylish! The room was small but extremely comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I would have been happy to stay longer. "The hotel in the advert and in person is way different. The door can open by code to get inside. From inside you must push it hard to make sure it is locked. Toilet is a joke. Caravan toilets are much better than this toilet. Room was cold, the heater is under the table and I asked the staff to turn the heating. The staff turned it on but It didn't work. No one was at reception most of the time. Location wise bus stop is a bit out if you do not drive. The staff seems friendly, not all."
