"Linens were not up to par. Had alot of crumbs on them. Markings on furniture. Towels were dingy and out of date and staff didn’t have any extra towels for us. First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient. "

"The house inside is immaculate. Hospitality was great. Everything reminded me of the 19 century home mansions. Bed was comfortable. The entire house makes you feel like you were transported back to the 19th Century. I would love to come back again!"

"This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...
