"Great experience, very supportive and friendly staff. Very good food selection especially grill area. Very clean. Restaurant staff is awesome! A few cons: the gym is small and dated, the crew promoting massage was too pushing."

"Worst hotel experience at Pearly Hotel Antalya. I booked 2 rooms through Expedia and clearly requested: • 2 separate beds in each room • Connected rooms I also sent 2 requests before arrival to confirm this. When we arrived at 8 PM, Sema at reception was not welcoming or helpful. No smile, no apology, and every answer was simply “No.” • No rooms with 2 beds • No connected rooms • Rooms on different floors • No solutions offered She showed us a room with a strong cigarette smell, which we refused. Finally: • One room had a double bed with a tiny extra bed added for my brother, who could not sleep comfortably • The other room was very small and they separated the double bed into two beds Breakfast had a good variety of cheeses, but there was an unpleasant rancid smell in the area, possibly from dishes or poor cleanliness. Breakfast manager Mehmet was also rude and unwelcoming. Other disappointing points: • No tissues in the room • Poor assistance for flower arrangement • Breakfast takeaway box without cutlery, coffee charged extra • €5 requested for an extra room key Only positives: • Good location • Good housekeeping • Excellent SPA, though separately managed Antalya was wonderful, but this hotel experience was very disappointing."

"They misled me. Before I booked, I was told I’d be able to extend my stay by a few hours, but after I completed the booking, they changed their answer and said it wasn’t possible. I was left to wait around in the lobby for 4 hours….I was more than happy to pay the additional fee, I did also specify everything in detail, yet I was repeatedly told NO"

"Overall a very good experience for a solo male traveller. Minor things like the limited available lifts as some were not working. Waiting time for drinks in the buffet were the only let down. This wasn't a circumstance of a queue, but staff making conscious decisions on prioritising finishing their task like setting table or sometimes conversation with their colleague instead of complying to the drink request. However, staff service overall was very good. I had an issue and lovely female staff member with the blonde hair and her brunette colleague at the land of legends, stand took the time to attempt troubleshooting. Although I was not able to get a satisfactory achievement regarding external transport issue, this was a learning curve as I did not have a Turkish sim and had limited problem solving at my disposal. I still appreciated the multiple troubleshooting angles both female staff members took. Very high praise. The staff are over all very friendly and make you feel welcome and do take the time to assist you and translate into English. The security is excellent. I went for a stroll after 9pm via bike route and and when I entered via the front gate of the Rixos around 11pm I was challenged. This is excellent as although I don't have kids, clearly they take safety very seriously challenging anyone who approached the front gate. It was my birthday and they left a lovely gesture in my room it was not my interest wine but still a lovely gesture. I rate Rixos 4/5"

"Unit 207 was quite small and the bed was on a low concrete platform so made it difficult to get in and out. The door lock is a magnetic, there is no manual unlook, so what happens if there is a power failure? Can the unit be opened from the inside if there is a power failure. It is extremely had to get into the underground parking lot. It is a single lane and very steep so it is hard to see if someone else trying to come the other way at the same time. My car had difficulty getting out of the parking lot. The engine kept stalling trying to get up the incline, the tires kept spinning etc. It as a horrible experience"
