"We went for our honeymoon! The grounds are gorgeous, the room is very comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the beach. I love that housekeeping comes twice a day! The service is great, they truly don't want you to lift a finger. Our butler, Ricardo, was fantastic! So attentive and left us several sweet surprises for our honeymoon in the room. We did the preferred club and recommend it. It gives you access to a quieter pool and beach. They are only a few things they could work on....

"As all-inclusives go this is smaller, which makes it very cozy! It has every amenity but is easy to navigate. The staff is fantastic and the food is even better. Our best all-inclusive destination ever, including other Iberostar properties. Highly recommend it!"

A few improvements that could enhance the overall experience would be upgrading the quality of the room service menu and adding more signage around the property to help guests navigate. "
